Born in Vereeniging South Africa 1983, I have lived all my life as a “vtowner”. Not much happens in this town…
After school I started as a aspiring musician (while working different jobs) and have been in a few bands, but life in the South African music scene is DIFFICULT. The saying “It’s not what you know, It’s who you know” was a reality.
At age 30 I still had the need to satisfy my artistic self and a friend gave me a shot at tattooing… Who knew that I had a hidden talent.
I started tattooing about 4 years ago and against all odds here I am. Tattooing. I fell in love with black and grey and must admit, never knew life had so many grey areas, sometimes even blue, red or even pink and green.
I have been married to my highschool sweetheart since 2011 and we have a beautiful daughter. They are my heartbeat and my inspiration, my motivation, my rose. The very reason why I do what I do. Everyday.
Quantum Tattoo Ink
Quantum Tattoo Ink was founded in 2011, in North Hollywood, California. Quantum began as a tattoo supply company, but, as the ink quickly gained popularity, the decision was made to leave the supplies behind and focus only on the ink.
Quantum initially started out with 60 colors, but now has a massive line of over 160 individual colors, along with 4 unique gray wash sets, multiple artists’ series, and a cosmetic/paramedical pigment line of 50 colors.
Quantum strives to provide artists with the best quality ink on the market. No corners are ever cut. The ingredients used are the best available on the U.S. market. There is no added acrylic in any of the inks. The highest level of sterility is used. The inks are vegan, kosher, and cruelty-free. We have done thorough testing to assure the safety of our inks. Mr Styles has taken the time and effort to give you the best tattoo possible. Please take the time and effort to follow these instructions and ensure the best result for your new tattoo!
You will need to wash your tattoo with warm soapy water (Antibacterial soap). Use only your fingertips to do this, no sponges or face-cloths. Allow your tattoo to air dry or use a fresh kitchen towel to dab it dry.
Apply a thin layer of the cream recommended by the artist.
Repeat this process 3 times per day for the first 3-4 days. During this time you must APPLY THE CREAM EVERY FEW HOURS or ANYTIME you see that it appears dry.
Your tattoo should not scab. The cream will prevent this. A scab will pull ink out of your tattoo. If one does develop DO NOT PICK it off. DO NOT SRATCH your new tattoo.
DO NOT SOAK your tattoo in water until it is fully healed, which should take approx. 2-4 weeks. So no swimming or steam rooms, or direct sunlight for this time either.
DO NOT expose your new tattoo to non-clean or dusty environments.
